16 September Dateline or Deadline

For someone yang memandang dari jauh, hidup dalam negara yang bukan ‘bonda’nya, it is hard actually to experience and analyze, apatah lagi cuba untuk memperkata dan memperincikan the current scenario and situation of his beloved country, in this case, Malaysia.

Setahun sudah aku hidup di bumi orang. Di sinilah tempat aku lepak, tempat aku beradu, tempat aku hidup, tempat aku sakit, tempat aku buang air (num1 & num 2), tempat aku ‘mengemis’ ilmu, tempat aku jatuh dan bangun. Di sinilah juga tempat my lovely wife and daughter gelak dan menangis, tempat kami belajar makna berdikari, susah & senang.

Aku bukan cuba untuk mengatakan yang aku menyesal, jauh sekali! Malah sebaliknya, I’m so thankful. Tidak pada KPT or my Uni for sponsoring me as I believe it is within their responsibility to provide the necessary assistance, or to RMIT for giving me the place and guidance, as I believe it is within their own benefit and best interest but my syukur is to Him, Maha Besar. Kerana dia and only due to Him, I’m here. Kun Faya Kun.

Even though this posting bunyinya semacam satu luahan, tapi sebetulnya ia lebih merupakan satu statement closely related to one question that has been bothering me all this while.

Apakah mungkin PR akan membentuk kerajaan this coming 16th September? And apakah mungkin Anwar akan jadi PM?

If the answer is yes, then the next question that should follows is how? Isu lompat melompat pada aku is something that should not be an issue, because itu memang one of the rules in being a politician. Why must you be in a party yang tidak lagi menarik minat dan selari dengan your own principle and interest? Daripada you jadi besi karat, baik you lompat. Sebetulnya, one of the reasons your constituents elected you should be based on yourself and your traits, not your party. So lompat melompat tu pada aku hukumya wajib, tak buat dosa and kalau buat dapat pahala.

The best scenario I believe is Pak Lah, as the current acting PM or maybe our beloved Agung, would declare an ad hoc re-election due to banyak ‘katak’ among the MPs, and yes this re-election would be the best possible time for PR to grab hold the government. The only thing aku takut is bila askar masuk campur, or maybe buat coup d’etat. Kacau!

If the answer is not possible, well then the next question would be apa yang buat Anwar begitu tinggi keyakinan, too ambitious in proclaiming this date to the public, not only to local Malaysian, malah even to the whole world? Apa ada dalam poket Anwar? Apa rahsianya? Adakah ini satu propaganda PR or maybe PKR to buat kacau, kasi BN gigil? Aku terpikir, takkan Anwar begitu taksub, begitu gila kuasa, sampai sanggup buat janji- janji kosong, saja kasi bikin gempak. Gila ke apa. Takkan dia pun nyanyuk macam Che Det.

Entahlah. To me politic, specific to Malaysia, is lebih kurang macam cerita soap opera ‘The Bold & The Beautiful’ or maybe macam wayang WWF. Orang ini cucuk orang itu cucuk orang ini. Sana tuduh sini hampeh. Sini tuduh sana kambing. Gajah sama gajah gaduh, semut gak yang sengsara. I do hope Malaysian would be wise enough to see right through this haze. Jangan because we are in different camp, different thinking, different view, makes us hate each other. Kita kena ingat, all this so call pemimpin, ‘perang’ dalam dewan and pentas ceramah je, tapi kat luar bolehlak makan minum semeja, gelak satu tone, hisap rokok satu pam. Macam aku cakap, politik is wayang.

Anyway, aku doakan agar no matter what, my beloved ‘bonda’ akan senantiasa harmoni dan sejahtera hendaknya…kurang- kurang I have something to look forward when I return back later.

I’m proud to declare I’m just an ordinary Malaysian and fortunate enough to be living in this interesting yet disturbing time of Malaysian history.

I’ve paid my taxes and I’ve cast my undi. However, during the last PRU, due to some bureaucratic bullshit, my rights have been denied. Alhamdullilah, calon yang aku nak pangkah menang gak…

Aku tak kenal Anwar and obviously I don’t know what is his sexual preferences.

Aku tak kenal Pak Lah and obviously I don’t know what his intention are.

Aku tak kenal Najib and obviously I don’t know how close is he with Altantuya.

Aku tak kenal KJ and obviously I don’t know how rich is he.

Namun,

During Anwar’s reign on Ministry of Finance, one can see and feel the Islamic values everyday – as stated by my mom. During his time as DPM, it was the only time Malaysian started to heard and appreciated the beauty and richness of Bahasa Melayu with words such as canggih, mapan and jumud. #This is also the time the ‘sasterawan’ inside of me begin to appears#

Pak Lah nampak sakit and tua – as witnessed by my sis in one of his ‘kenduri’.

Najib lemah & kaki perempuan – as per what I’ve read in ‘Skandal Najib’.

KJ nampak intelligent and well spoken – as stated by my mom during one of her meeting with him.

Debat Anwar vs Shabery

Aku tak nak discuss panjang lebar pasal who is the winner, as this point has been highlighted by numerous blogs. Yang aku nak sentuh is aku tak puas hati.

• Apsal Shabery? Kalau betul government serius nak perjelaskan issue minyak to rakyat, orang yang paling layak should be at least Shahril Samad. Malah, I believe he would at the same par as Anwar. Or maybe Che Det, itupun kalau Pak Lah or Najib dapat pujuk.
• Duration of debate. Awat sekejap sangat. Anwar sempat sentuh 2 je step to get extra money. Shabery lak, hmmm….kalau aku jadi dia, the thing that I would touch would be what are the steps taken or going to be taken by the government to minimize the effect of the oil price. Pak Lak should have given some points to Shabery. Hyrofuel tu patut Shabery announce masa debat, baru syok kita dengar. Ni tak, story panjang lebar bukak buku sejarah, sentuh Tun Razak, sentuh how Anwar was before….something yang I think tak relevan lansung dengan the debate’s topic.
• Tukang tanya. Malas nak cakap… jenuh blog kutuk mamat VC UUM tu. Make me ponder, macammana dia dapat Tan Sri…Zulkifli Sulong tu oraitla gak, tapi nak lagi gempak, Anwar should invite economic professional or academician such as KS Jomo or Ungku Aziz. Baru substance ada credibility.
• Media siaran. Astro customer is too limited. That show, kalau RTM and TV3 pandai, diorang should tayang live. Baru rating naik melonjak. Asyik tayang cerita leleh je, Hang Setia je buat apa. Entahla.

Alhamdullilah aku dapat gak layan live thru Internet. Thanks IP Global TV…

To end, I just wanna say I can’t wait to see what’s going to happen after 16^th September. No matter what, I pray that my dear beloved ‘bonda’ sentiasa dalam aman & sejahtera.
